Honoring Ed Zadlo

Honoring & reflecting on the lessons of my great yoga & Ayurveda teacher Ed Zadlo after his recent passing. ๐Ÿ™
โ—‹Yoga is a lifestyle. Not something that happens for one hour on a mat.
โ—‹We are all connected to the elements. Try to be aware of how the elements influence & affect you.
โ—‹Seasonal change also affects our well-being, energy, productivity. Don't expect the same out of yourself in winter as in spring.
โ—‹Like increases like & opposites cure.
โ—‹We can find balance back to equilibrium by welcoming in the opposite.
โ—‹Honor the individual. We all require different needs, as we all have a different constitutional make-up.
โ—‹Preventive care can go a long way. Invest in your wellness now, & you'll invest less in your illness later on.

~here's a fun pic celebrating our 200HR YTT at Ed's home~
That night, we attempted to camp out in tents & got met by a down pour of rain.~
