Applicable to both the seasoned meditator and the newcomer, join us on this journey of exploring meditation's many sides. We will start with gentle movement, awareness, & breath to center. From there, we will go into our meditative work. In this month's session, Courtney will guide the group through a Grounding Meditation to root ourselves more deeply in this present moment's gifts, and then go into a Gratitude & Abundance Scan, illuminating what fills us up. After each meditation practice, you will be guided through journaling prompts and connective discussion to highlights insights and take-aways.
How to prepare: Dress in comfortable clothes for light movement, and please bring a journal, pen, and water. Bringing a yoga mat is also suggested.
Finding Balance through the Nervous System

Applicable and open to all levels of experience, join Courtney in a holistic coaching experience rooted in the nervous system. In this session, we review the foundations of the nervous system, its connection to yoga philosophy, the power it has in sending us signals, as well as our ability to regulate our energy through this interoceptive awareness and our somatic work.
Come prepared for both calming and activating practices utilizing movement, breathwork, and meditation. Guided journaling and sharing will also be included to reflect on how you can take this work into your day to day life.

ENERGITIC MEDITATION RESET: CHAKRA SCAN & AURA EXPANSION

We will start with gentle movement, awareness, & breath to center. From there, we will go into our meditative work. In this month's session, Courtney will guide the group through a Chakra Scan to connect with our energy centers, and then go into an Aura Expansion Visualization. After each meditation practice, you will be guided through journaling prompts and a connective discussion.

We will start with some light movement and breath to align our energies, ground down with an orientation meditation, and then get to our manifestation work! Courtney will walk you through the steps of getting clear, challenging limiting beliefs, visualization meditation, affirmation, co-creation, and then guide you towards walking out with actions steps to move forward. MEDITATION & MANIFESTATION COACHING

YIN X REIKI WORKSHOP

Combining the somatic practice of yin yoga with the energy work of reiki, join Courtney in this healing and soul awakening workshop.
Together we use the tools of both yin and reiki to double down on the regulation of the energy within our bodies, also known as qi or prana.
Yin is inspired by ancient Chinese Taoist practices, utilizing long, deep stretch holds for multiple reasons. Poses are held for 2+ minutes within a stretch in order to get into the connective tissues, fascia, and ligaments.
With this time, we are given space to explore the sensations within our bodies, find an edge which feels appropriate for the body in its current state, and learn how to find sit in what might feel uncomfortable, stillness.
These shapes and holds are particularly intended to regulate our qi.
Similarly, reiki is a Japanese practice which targets the regulation of qi energy flow within our bodies as well. In reiki, this is accessed through the means of a gentle touch or an energizing hover of the hand.
This regulation is said to aid in the bodies natural healing processes, aid in relaxation, reduce pain and stressors, and improve the quality of sleep.
